Welcome to iPost AI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and iPost AI LLC ("iPost AI," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the iPost AI platform, including the website at ipostai.com, the iOS and Android mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, completing onboarding, or clicking "I Agree," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
3.1 iPost AI uses email-based authentication for login. You agree to provide an accurate email address and keep it current.
3.2 Your session token is stored securely on your device using Expo SecureStore (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.3 Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits or usage caps is prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended.
3.4 Information you provide during onboarding is used to generate your Brand Soul Profile and is sent to Anthropic's Claude API as prompt context. You warrant this information accurately represents your actual business.

4.1 Paid subscriptions are billed in advance via Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) in-app purchases. All fees are in US dollars.
4.2 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancel anytime via your device's subscription management settings (App Store or Google Play).
4.3 Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or the applicable app store's refund policy. Cancelling retains access through the end of the current billing period.
4.4 We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase.
4.5 All payments are processed by Apple or Google. iPost AI never stores your credit card number or CVV.
4.6 You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your purchases.
4.7 One-time Boost Packs are available as in-app purchases to add additional AI budget to your current month: $2.99 (adds $1.50), $4.99 (adds $2.50), and $9.99 (adds $5.00).
5.1 iPost AI uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate social media content personalized to your brand voice. Your Brand Soul Profile is injected as context on every generation call.
5.2 Your Review Responsibility. All AI-generated content is a starting draft. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and publishing any content. iPost AI is not liable for content you choose to publish.
5.3 Posts may include [ADD: ...] placeholders marking details the AI cannot fill. Do not publish posts without completing these fields.
5.4 The Voice Match Score™ is an internal product metric indicating how closely a post matches your brand voice. It is informational, not a guarantee.
5.5 Every generation produces 3 distinct variations. You always choose what to publish.
5.6 iPost AI does not guarantee any specific business outcomes from using the Service.
6.1 You retain full ownership of all content you upload and all AI-generated content produced for your account.
6.2 By uploading content, you grant iPost AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.
6.3 The Brand Soul Engine™, Voice Match Score™, all software, algorithms, interfaces, and trademarks are the exclusive intellectual property of iPost AI. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
8.1 By connecting a social account, you authorize iPost AI to publish and schedule your approved posts in accordance with each platform's terms.
8.2 OAuth tokens are encrypted at the database level and decrypted only server-side.
8.3 Disconnect any social account at any time from Settings. OAuth tokens are immediately revoked and deleted.
8.4 iPost AI is not responsible for failed posts due to third-party API outages or platform policy changes.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10.2 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IPOST AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10.3 IPOST AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) TOTAL FEES PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iPost AI from any claims arising from your use of the Service, content you upload or publish, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
12.1 Cancel your account at any time via settings or email to [email protected]. Paid plan access continues through the end of the billing period.
12.2 iPost AI may suspend or terminate your account for violations, fraud, or non-payment.
12.3 Upon termination, data is soft-deleted (login blocked) and permanently hard-deleted within 30 days. All OAuth tokens are revoked immediately.
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
13.2 Before filing any formal dispute, contact us at [email protected] and allow 30 days for informal resolution.
13.3 Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Tampa, Florida.
13.4 You waive the right to participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action.
13.5 EU/UK users may have additional rights to bring claims before local courts.
